HOH provides peer-led reentry support rooted in lived experience, mentorship, and accountability.

The program helps people prepare for release, connect to resources, and navigate housing, employment, behavioral health, and community support.

Its purpose is to walk alongside individuals coming home so they are not rebuilding alone, because reentry works better with real people, real guidance, and real follow-through. Located in Olympia, Washington.
